Accepting the terms
By using this website or any of our courses, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Your account
Provide accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
An account is for one person and may not be shared.
Courses & content
Enrolling gives you permission to use a course for your own personal, non-commercial learning. It does not transfer ownership of the content to you.
Lesson animations, voice-overs, videos, notes, quizzes and any other content — free or paid — may not be copied, downloaded, screen-recorded, sold or redistributed.
Our content may not be uploaded to any page, channel or group on Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, WhatsApp or anywhere else. You are welcome to share links to our course or lesson pages.
Fees & payment
Each course's fee and payment terms will be listed on its course page. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Code of conduct
Don't harass or insult anyone, or post harmful content, in comments, Q&A or the community. Breaking these rules may lead to suspension.
Intellectual property
The EduKing BD name, logo, design and all course content belong to EduKing BD or their respective owners.
Copyright infringement & takedowns
If our content is uploaded anywhere without permission, we will file a copyright report with that platform (such as Facebook or YouTube) to have it taken down. The platform may also act against the uploader's page or channel under its own rules.
Breaking this rule may lead to your account being suspended or closed without a refund, and where necessary we will take legal action under the copyright laws of Bangladesh.

Limitation of liability
We do our best to provide quality education, but we don't guarantee any particular exam result, job or income.
We work to keep the service available, but maintenance or unavoidable events may cause temporary interruptions.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
We may update these terms when needed; continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
